EASYMILES TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EasyMiles
mobile application (the "App"). By installing or using the App you
agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.


1. THE SERVICE

EasyMiles is an AI-assisted travel-planning app. It generates a
day-by-day itinerary based on the destination, dates, and
preferences you provide, using real places returned by the Google
Places API and a Google Vertex AI Gemini model.

The App is offered "as is". We may modify, suspend, or remove
features at any time without notice.


2. YOUR ACCOUNT

To use the App you must:

- Be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your
  country, whichever is higher).
- Sign in with Apple or Google.
- Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all
  activity under your account.

You may delete your account from the profile screen at any time.
Deletion is permanent.


3. AI-GENERATED CONTENT

The App's itineraries are produced by an AI model grounded in
Google Places data. Because of this:

- We do not guarantee accuracy of opening hours, prices, addresses,
  ratings, or any other detail shown.
- Venue closures, schedule changes, and seasonal variations are
  common. Always verify critical details with the venue or an
  authoritative source before relying on them.
- AI hallucinations can occur. A suggested venue may be closed,
  mismatched, or otherwise unavailable.
- Travel decisions are yours. You are responsible for any
  bookings, payments, transport choices, or arrangements you make
  based on App suggestions.

We are not responsible for any consequences, financial,
logistical, or otherwise, that result from acting on App
suggestions.


4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree NOT to:

- Use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code.
- Use bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the App.
- Resell or redistribute the App's generated itineraries beyond
  your personal travel use.
- Submit illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Interfere with the App's security or availability, including by
  abusing rate limits or attacking our infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.


5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our property. The App's software, design, and branding are owned
by us and protected by copyright and other laws.

Your trips. The itineraries are yours to use for personal travel
planning. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to
store, process, and display them within the App as needed to
provide the service.

Third-party content. Place names, photos, addresses, and ratings
come from Google Places and are subject to Google's terms.


6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The App relies on services from Apple, Google (Firebase, Cloud
Functions, Vertex AI, Places API, Sign In, Maps, Analytics), and
Sentry. Your use is also subject to those providers' terms.


7. PRIVACY

8. DISCLAIMERS

The App is provided WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, including:

- Fitness for a particular purpose.
- Accuracy or completeness of generated itineraries.
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Travel involves risk. The App does not replace your own judgement
or professional advice.


9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- We are NOT liable for indirect, incidental, special, or
  consequential damages, including lost profits, lost travel
  costs, or missed connections.
- Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a)
  what you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
  (b) EUR 50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in that case
the limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by local
law.


10. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with reasonable
notice (or immediately for violations of these Terms). On
termination your account data is deleted per the Privacy Policy
retention schedule.


11. CHANGES

We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes
are surfaced in the App and require your re-acceptance.
Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
